An initial deposit is required to start your order. The remaining balance is due once your costume is completed and ready to ship.
Your order will be shipped once the full payment has been received.
The initial deposit amount will be agreed upon when placing your order.
Shipping
Items are shipped via FedEx Express International Priority with real-time tracking.
Worldwide delivery: 4–8 business days.
We offer competitive shipping rates and combined shipping discounts when ordering multiple items.
Please note: Shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply in the destination country.
Import duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. In some cases, FedEx may collect these fees on behalf of the customs authorities.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees must be paid by the recipient.
Processing Time
Please note that our standard processing time is 3-6 weeks.
Each costume is made to order according to the customer’s measurements and specifications. Processing begins after the order and initial payment have been received.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that production has not already begun.
Returns: Because our costumes are custom-made according to each customer’s measurements and specifications, we do not accept returns for changes of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or fit preferences.
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or significantly different from the description or specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Return Details
If an item qualifies for a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a 100% refund of the purchase price.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or not as described.
Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged, altered, or otherwise not in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any resulting loss in value.
